Prices are provided based on project scope, customization level, quantity, materials, and production complexity.
Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if requirements are modified.
3. Design Approval & Client Responsibility
Before production begins:
Clients must review and approve final designs, logos, specifications, and quantities.
Piel Toro is not responsible for errors in approved designs (spelling, measurements, logo placement, etc.).
Once approved, changes may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
4. Production & Delivery Timeline
Production timelines vary depending on:
Order size
Customization complexity
Material availability
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Piel Toro is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond reasonable control.
5. Custom Work Policy
Since all services involve custom production:
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Modifications after approval may incur additional fees.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to material characteristics.
6. Cancellations
Projects may be canceled before production begins, subject to administrative charges.
Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.
7. Changes to Terms
